I didn’t know such a thing existed until the internet told me so yesterday. Its pretty easy: mix one cup course ground coffee with 4.5 cups cold water, put the grounds straight into the water (like a french press, but the press is not necessary), put it in the fridge for 12 or so hours, then strain it through a paper filter.
Add a little milk, some ice… Enjoy! I must say, this makes for some great coffee. I am enjoying a cup right now. It is not bitter at all, and actually, is rather sweet. I like it.comments powered by Disqus
